It is 34 per cent cf th e cream ery butter produced in the 88 stales in which the 1,480 co operatives tabulated ure located. 74 per cent cf this butter is pro duced in three states, M iom eota co operatives m ade 36 per ceut in 1926, W isconsin 23 per cent, and Iowa 15 p er ceut. These three with C alifornia and M ichigan, produced 84 per cent of the butter made co operatively in the U nited States in 1926. About 61 per cent of t i e creamery butter produced in Miun> - sota, W isconsin and Iowa was made in co-operatively owned Oregon lias the finest record in highway building of any state in the Union considering its popula tion and car regirtrations.
